Project 1

Cogniphi - Vision Box

Point of View on Digital Experience (POV) project
Envisioning a Digitally Empowered Experience for Vision Box

Vision Box is one of Cogniphi’s AI-powered solutions for the Retail Industry that leverages machine learning to make retail operations smarter by extracting valuable data and insights from the store’s CCTV cameras.

 

Team

Project manager, UX designer (me), and UX design intern

Duration

3 weeks

Scope/Goal

  • Provides solutions based on very limited context gathered in a short duration.

  • Defining the problem, gathering research, brainstorming ideas, and validating solutions with the users.

  • Design Study with the intention to give a taste of what we envision the future experience of Vision Box to be within the bounds of their immediate needs and concerns.

My Role

  • Collaborating with the product strategy team at cogniphi to understand the product in-depth

  • Study of target audiences & stakeholders roles and responsibilities

  • Understand target users deeply: develop or work from user profiles and conduct task analysis, create user scenarios, or use stories

  • Journey map to identify user tasks, needs, and pain points

  • Define the problem

  • Arranging a quick idea brainstorming workshop with other designers in the firm

  • Design Ideas, Screens for mobile and desktop, visual design

  • Setting up guiding principles for future explorations


Project 2

Mahindra Rise@Work

Mahindra Rise is an employee intranet portal of Mahindra. The gateway that unifies access to enterprise information and applications. Manage its data, applications, and information more easily through personalized views.

Used by the employees to stay updated on what's new in Mahindra, Claims, and approvals of Benefits, registration, and Expenses. Also includes policies, leaves, and managers dashboards, and other features.

Design Lead, UX designer (me), Visual designer and developers team at mahindra (Claim and approvals)

Duration

9 weeks

Scope/Goal

  • Redesign of UX and UI (web and Mobile) of Claim and approvals of Benefits, registration and Expenses

  • Deliver high fidelity prototype screens to the tech team at Mahindra and Zeplin files

My Role

  • Focussed on UX of Claim and approvals Section on the portal

  • Collaborating with the manager, financial, legal, and technical team to understand the current application flow to find pain points, challenges and needs

  • Closely worked with the design lead to define timeline and goals

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups

  • Present User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes to communicate effectively with visual designers and engineers in the early development and implementation stage

  • Intermediate UX review workshops with stakeholders to receive feedback and suggestions

  • Developing a custom responsive application for the mobile version
